Proton the Wonder Cat
And his 6 fellow felines!
Proton
loafing on the hammock (I would do this more often but Mom seems
to think the hammock looks better outside and I am not allowed out there!)

Let me tell you a
little about myself. I was found, by one of Mom's friends, under a
trash dumpster when I was 5 weeks old. My brother (Oliver), and my
sister (Pearl) were both taken in by the gal who rescued us. Pearl
passed away after a few months but Oliver is a huge cat (must have
gotten the MaineCoon out of the genes). She couldn't keep us all so
she offered my cute little self to Cheri and Ben, my folks. They have
treated me well and I plan to stay here with them.
Now for my Sisters and Brothers:
Three of them have
their own sites so click on their names
to see what they have going online!
Natasha
is a long haired Black female who was around about 3 years before I came
into the picture. She was found staring in the window when Mom and Dad were
eating fish sticks on a rainy night, back in 1991. She was named after the
character in Bullwinkle cartoons.

Macintosh
is a HUGE (over 20 lbs!) black short hair who was found in a box at a apple
farm on Memorial Day 1995 when he was just a baby. He just sleeps all day.
Sometimes I attack him and give him forced tongue baths. He was named after
the apples that were being sold at the farm.

Julian
is Mac's brother. He broke his shoulder when he was 7 weeks old and he has
been afraid of everybody ever since. (he got his paw stuck in a futon couch
and yanked till his shoulder broke) I don't understand his fear, I love
everyone! Julian was named after the town he was found in.
Lola
is the latest house little sister. She hates me too but she is small and
I can beat her up pretty easy. She walked in off the street in March of
1996. Lola was named after the famous "Lolita" character because
she was young and on the streets when she was found. This is a picture of
her sitting in one of Mom's dollhouses in progress. (bad kitty, ok ok not
as bad as ME!)
Foster: And here is the
NEWEST edition to our kitty family. He was pitched out of a car when
he was just a baby. My friend Angela picked him up and cared for him
for a few weeks and then we snagged him with the intentions of finding another
home for him. Well we fell in love with him and the name "foster
kitty" stuck. Isn't he a cutie!

Mama Kitty: When we moved from one house to another in January 2003 my Mom trapped a feral kitty from the back yard and brought her with us. Now she is tame but Lola hates her so she lives pretty much in the office.

I also share my home with two Cockatiels (Basil and BB) that I have not had the chance to eat yet.
