Cheri and Ben's Yosemite trip

This is Sentinel Rock and is a photo taken from our balcony. We woke up every morning to this beautiful view from our Yosemite Lodge second story room.

An interesting tree

Speaking of TREES! Ben and I spent a entire day roaming through the forest of giants known as Mariposa Grove.

This one was small enough to hug.

Squirrels were everywhere you look. This guy posed for me long enough I could get a close up.

BEAR! We caught this photo out the window of a tour bus heading to Glacier Point. Her 2 cubs were on the other side of the street playing amongst the trees.

Favorite shot of the week! Our neighbors left their balcony door open and a family of 4 racoons decided to help themselves to whatever they could find. They brought cookies onto our balcony to have a feast and I snapped this picture through the window. Notice the cookie crumbs on his nose!

I fell in love with Yosemite on this trip. If I could I would be back there tomorrow. As soon as I stepped foot in the valley I felt peace. Amazing place. I will be back.
